Have you ever been relishing your hot shower and just thought, “Isn’t water wonderful?” Now granted, there are cases when that’s not true; water can also be very destructive, but it is amazing, really. Think about it….
There are all kinds of websites and books written about the properties of water and, while I could go on and on about all kinds of water facts, I will only post this one piece of trivia:
There is the same amount of water on earth as there was when the earth was formed.
Muse on that for a while. The same water molecules in your glass of water have been around for eons, in one form or another. Where have they been in all that time? You could be drinking a water molecule that was in the Nile River when the Egyptian pharaohs were sailing down it on a sunny day 5000 years ago. Or that was falling down Niagara Falls centuries ago when it was flowing with all the power nature gave it. Or that was part of a living organism like, say, a dinosaur…or a caveman. The possibilities are endless! Makes you wonder now, doesn’t it?
