Yes, I’m alive!

A few weeks ago, I decided to back off from the computer, especially Facebook.  (Of course, that doesn’t work well for blogging, does it?)

Our moving here two years ago has been a difficult adjustment for all of us, but especially the children, so we had some issues to deal with.  Nothing serious, but stuff that had to be dealt with.  It seems that, although we’ve grown closer to and relied more upon God (not hard to do when you live in the Bible Belt), we’d grown further apart as a family at a time when we really need each other.  So, there was some “taking back” of being in-charge parents that needed to be done and some “old rules” reinstated and/or reinforced.

That being said, I’ve been up to things that I’ll have to fill you in on in the coming weeks!  Also, *warning* I may vent more about things like…texting.  Facebook messaging.  Telephone manners…or lack thereof.  I can feel your anticipation! 😀
